Dibanko Salifu Farms

The Dibanko Salifu Farms home page, headlined Quality Livestock and Feed Manufacturing over a photograph of goats at the farm

Dibanko Salifu Farms is a Ghanaian agribusiness working across livestock, animal feed manufacturing, staple crops and processed goods. It sells to farmers buying feed by the bag and to households buying produce, and until this engagement neither group could reach it online.

The brief covered the whole public side of the business rather than a website alone: somewhere to explain what the farm does, somewhere to buy from it, and the administration behind both. Three applications, one design language, built as a single engagement rather than a site now and a shop later.

Our challenge

Dibanko Salifu Farms had no web presence. Buyers could not see what the farm produced, and there was no way to order from it online.

What we built

  • A marketing site covering the farm's story, produce, gallery and team
  • A storefront with a searchable catalogue across six categories, price filtering and customer accounts
  • Paystack checkout, so customers place and pay for orders themselves
  • An admin portal for managing orders, products and stock

The result

The farm now has a catalogue it controls. Products, prices and stock levels are edited in the admin portal, so a new feed line or a price change is a task for the farm rather than a request to a developer.

Buyers browse by category, search, filter by price and pay in cedis through Paystack without anyone on the farm's side picking up a phone. Orders arrive in the same portal the catalogue is managed from.

  • The online shop's catalogue, with a product search, six category filters and a price slider beside a grid of maize, poultry feed and ginger
  • A shop product page for premium white maize, showing size and quantity pickers, an add to cart button, and the item's SKU, category and tags
